What I Eat In a Day

Good day everyone and welcome back to Liveliness.

This is where I share a little bit of my world with all of you lovely people. Today’s post is What I Eat In a Day.

Today I just have work so I start off the day at 7:00 am.

Starting with breakfast I ate overnight oats.

They’re delicious and healthy. This is a recipe that I found on the internet by searching overnight oats. It’s just quick oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and chia seeds. I don’t use measurements, but I just do whatever looks right. I put them in this mason jar which makes it a little more fun.

In the morning I added cocoa powder and peanut butter to make it chocolate peanut butter oatmeal.

I highly recommend this addition as the flavors take it to the next level.

Next, I take my lunch to work with me so it all has to be portable and we don’t have a microwave or kitchen so it’s usually a sandwich.

Today the sandwich is peanut butter and honey which is my favorite. The gooeyness of peanut butter and the sweetness of honey mixed together makes it perfect.

Then I added some crackers, cherry tomatoes, and fruit snacks.

Side note: I only ate half the crackers.

Next, when I was finally home from work it’s time for dinner and I had this delicious Korean Beef Bowl.

Then I put a Sriracha Mayo sauce on it.

This dinner is delicious and it is made with rice, ground beef, and cucumbers and shredded carrots along with a bunch of seasonings and sauces that I won’t get into here.

The crunchiness of the vegetables along with the tanginess and spiciness of the sauces is amazing. Suffice it to say that I ate it very fast.

After that I had this fruit bowl.

It was just the leftovers that my aunt had brought.

And my mom had made some lemon poppyseed bread so I had some of that as well.

A couple hours after dinner as a sweet treat I had chocolate chips to reward myself for doing a task that I don’t enjoy doing.

And of course I had to have some chocolate milk with it to satisfy those sugar cravings.

And that’s what I ate in a day. This is the kind of food I typically have everyday. Especially the oatmeal and peanut butter and honey sandwich.
